Kings Cross

Witnessed some major sandbagging in the Mens Cat 3 race today at Kings Cross. Top six broke away from the rest of the field and put a HUGE gap on the rest. Included in that mix was Michael Chewning, who is the current Ohio State Cat 3 CX champ.

Do the right thing and upgrade you sandbaggers. Or at least race the 1/2/3's

  1. Damn right Judi! So if there is a breakaway in a race thensuddenly it is sandbagging!? I watched a hard race go down, and from a roadie who believes fully in the small group breakaway effort, those guys suffered every minute and deserve all the glory for it!

  2. If they're consistently in the top five they need to move up.

  3. ..Yea... I agree with the top 5 statement. That's why I moved up. I'd bet that many are waiting till after UCI weekend to do so.

  4. Oh..and being that OSB only specifically called Michael out, I'd say there's some personal beef there. Oh Yea..and you should also use your real name.
There came out on both sides of the argument!
